Man O man... ok so new proper lower control arms are on. new proper sway bar links are on. Passenger side Sway bar bushing is replaced...
The driver side sway bar bushing.. the front bolt was hand tight... spun it out by hand. crawled under to do the rear bolt and nut, found out the bolt was rounded off, completely rounded off, so that is not changed.. that sucks!
gonna do alignment in driveway to make it to alignment shop, will update.. if we find out it is the motor mounts, ive already contacted TTR and will get engine and tranny mounts if that comes out to be the issues as well.

Just to post, so if someone is searching with same issues. The heavy shaking, loud knocking have quieted down and alignment is back into play. I didnt go on high way and do high speeds, just 35 and under. But everything seems to be ok, but i for sure hear the sway bar knock from the shot bushing.
So im gonna find someone to help me do the driver side sway bar bushing, since the nut was rounded off.... While/if anyone is reading, is there a way to remove that bolt so it can be replaced? (im researching on it now)

that nut was fun to get out without dropping subframe ha
i can get the nut without dropping sub frame, problem is the nut is attached to a bolt, that bolt is completely rounded like someone tried to do this before.
i found a great video, helpful video. Mec said my may just pound a 9mm onto it cause it to do it just so its done.
Heres the video:

Round Trip from OHIO to NY, one way 40 and rain so heavy you couldnt see more then 20 ft in front of you. Return trip 70* and sunny... Now you only hear the very slightest sound, so it was one of those items im assuming.
No more shake or shimmy at any speed :-) thanks guys! also.. the LCAs that are on the car now, are HHR lcas, not the others ones where they were Cobalt but fit the HHR... woot woot.. move on to the next thing, haha.
