Should I clean this sludge or leave ot alone

What do you guys think about using a pressure washer on the cylinder head while I have the valve cover off. Then dumping the oil and residue that resulted from the cleaning by draining the oil at the plug. Replace the filter and refill? I would thing the excess water would drain with the oil and cleaner???
I could then add something like seafoam or mystery oil to the new oil to complete the cleaning. after replacing the valve cover and buttoning up the case. Run it for a while and do a normal oil change next time around.

Is that oil/coolant emulsion?
Anything you do, Seafoam or the like, with that much crud, will clog the oil filter an maybe bust it. Better plan on a bunch of oil and filter changes, because anything that gets past the oil filter will clog oil galleys and oil squirters and chain tensioners and VVT solenoids if applicable and i don’t know what else.

If you are interested in an easy long term fix just change the oil with straight non-synthetic and add 4 ounces of dish soap. Change the oil at no more than 1000 miles. Do this for two or three times and it'll get clean.

2 or 3 times - a little expensive, oil is not a cheap product, now is a difficult time

I never heard of using dish soap in the oil before ! I would think it would cause harm to the motor !
