'07 The transmission got stuck in park. Had to have the unit towed to the dealer. Repair covered under warranty.

Have to replace turn signal bulbs every 6 months to year.

January '08 Auto Trans got stuck in park again. Had to get it towed to dealer. Not covered under warranty.

September '06 - July '07 Multiple episodes of the vehicle shutting off when going over a bump. 7 different trips to three different Chevy dealers and they couldn't fix it. Everytime I would tell them how to recreate the problem. they wouldn't do it and then they would tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. It got to the point where my wife wouldn't drive it and I didn't feel safe letting my wife or my daughter drive it.

The next day I got an email from GM asking about my experience at Tom Bell Chevrolet. I ripped into the product and their dealers in my email response. the next day I got a call from a regional GM rep. They had me take it back in to Tom bell Chevrolet. The problem was fixed within a day. Turned out it was the key fob. They made some modification the the ingnition and it's fixed. The weight of my wifes key ring caused the problem when we drove over something like freeway expansion joints, railroad tracks and ripples in asphalt. my wife is not a maitenence guy or janitor. She doesn't have a massive key ring with dozens of keys for every door in a building. Whatever... at least it stopped shutting off on her.

Front rotors warped around 25k w/ 50% of the brake pad left. Dealer said "it's a standard wear item and Chevrolet said it's not covered under warranty". Dealer said they could replace rotors and do a brake job for $375.00 : / I told them to pound sand. I bought replacement rotors/pads and did it myself.

The replacement G/M rotors warped again at 57k. Again brake pad material was 50%-60%. This is my wifes car. She doesn't do any mountain driving, racing or severe service driving. I bought cheap (made in China) replacement rotors at Autozone and replaced them again. Used Raybestos ceramic pads this time instead of the stock GM ceramic pads. Car has 80,000 on it now and so far so good.

At 78,000 miles the T/C Light & hard shifting started. I did a transmission service myself. Big pain in the ass to do in your garage but it stopped the problem...For a while...

At 80,024 miles the T/C light & hard shfting is back. Pulled a P0014 code out of car. Camshaft position actuator. Doing those this weekend.

Clunking noise started on mine. Now I have to do the Sway bar end links. Probably next weekend or two.

I have really want to like this car and every time I fix something I want to give it another chance. Unfortunately I think it has run out of chances.
I forgot to list the passenger side wheel bearings went out in January '08. I don't remember the exact mileage but we had to have the whole spindle replaced.

67,000 miles so far so good,I replaced the springs for an altitude adjustment at 35,000 miles nothing wrong with the originals just wanted to lower it. just the usaul replacement stuff , brakes done at 50,000 along with tires at 55,000 . I tried one of those performance chips , milage went from 35 mpg down to 28 mpg not the improvment promised, so I had to fix the wires for that and I'm back to 35 mpg
