I wonder how accurate that temp really is.
The other day, I checked my home gauge and it said 93, and when I started my vehicle sitting in the shade, it was 105. Regardless, it has been very hot in Atlanta where I live. I am in Irvine, CA right now and its been in th 90's, and a little lower on the beach. I am enjoying riding around in my 2008 HHR rental. Before you ask, its not a SS !

Took this one about a month or so ago...and it certainly wasn't that hot outside. My car is parked in an asphalt parking lot all day and it was about 102 or so that day though. Once I got it started and started moving it dropped down to around 100 which was much more accurate.

112 for Kansas, I didn't think it got that hot there.

Here is a thread with some highs and lows!

I get so sick of the heat here that I could scream! Worst of it is it's basically Summer here for about 6 or 7 Months of the year. Some people say they like this kind of weather but that's so much B/S as far as I'm concerned!! I've lived in this area for 41 years now and I've never gotten used to the Summers, all I can do is tolerate it and wait for November to get here!

Evert year at this time. 100's are very common.

My car was parked in the garage overnight. This morning it showed a temp of 90 degrees. Yes, it's been warm here even at night!
