True Chad- However the man did ask to be asked. Common courtesy between HHR owners? Just plain being cool about it? I know that's what I would do. Alot of work went onto the ones that Socal uses. Tim's a good dude, im sure he would accomodate.

Yeah, I'm fairly certain that logo is not copyrighted in any way. Anyone can use it. "Common Courtesy" woudn't really hold up to a court would it?

All you have to do is get permission from GM to use it, and you can do what you'd like.

My point is this, if you like the way that logo looks, then you get on your PC and open up Photoshop and make one yourself. Copying (right click, save as, ect.) my image and changing the font is not Ok. Anyone can make their own HHR logo and submit it to GM for permission. Go for it.

BTW: I don't think this image is Trademarked or Copyrighted either, "Anyone can use it. "Common Courtesy" woudn't really hold up to a court would it?"

Do you see my point? Because, it is no different.

Hey guys put a condom on your heads cause if your going to act like a dick then you should dress like one. What does it take to say "Hey Tim I like the stickers you make can you help us out?"

I thought the logo was a trademark of GM? Didn't they make it?

You are correct.

It was created by GM, not anyone on this, or any other HHR forum. As long as someone gets permission from GM, they have every right to use it without having to ask anyone else.

Someone here may have made a file of the image, so what? That does not create ownership of any kind.
