Squeaky seat back

Has anyone else experienced a squeaky seat back on the driver's seat? Mine had been doing this for a while; wouldn't you know it--took it to the dealer this morning, and on the drive over, no squeak. I could not make it squeak for the tech. I had isolated it to the seat back--not the rails or seat bottom. If anyone has experienced this, please let me know what the "cure" was. I'm sure it will return. Thanks

I may perform the procedure outlined in the TSB--looks pretty simple.

I had this issue before the TSB on it and the dealer replaced my seat!!! If you have any problems doing it yourself, take it in!!
