Sorry, Over-the-top Perfomance (OTTP) sells motor mounts for Ecotec manuals. For the flex element it uses the lower control arm bushing, I think. Said to reduce wheel hop without being excessively stiff.

So that’s what it is, I haven’t seen one before, it appears that you could press out the bushing if it deteriorated like our lca rear bushings

Been thinking of replacing all the mopunts just to prevent exhaust problems if nothing else.
