Is there an adjustment to tighten up the sunroof when it closes? I dont have any leaks BUT hellachious wind noise. It seems the forward part needs to pull down harder as I can push on it lightly and it flexs quite a bit downwards still, Driving on the highway sounds like a jet engine on the roof. If you open the interior cover its loud as hell, still loud with it closed. Ive never had a sunroof sound like this.... just getting annoyed with it.

 

Following this because I have a sunroof that doesn’t work, sticks up a tiny bit, but doesn’t leak that I know of. I have no idea what the problem is and am afraid to touch it until the weather improves because my garage has no heat, lol.

Try this:

 

If your sunroof operates just fine, but needs adjustment, there is a way to lower and raise the glass. Remove the 2 side plastic bellows and it will reveal the glass mounting screws. GM says to put the front flush to 1mm below the roof surface, and the rear at flush to 1mm above the roof surface.
i can print the procedure and send it if need be.
