Yes, I removed the bin then gently lifted the dash top, then had to remove the speedometer cluster bezel, and that allowed my big paws under the dash to put the nut on and tighten it up.
That lasted for a few years, however Sweetie did not like the view in the viewer when she drove the car , so I switched over to a light n site, which our pal and follow member Joe sent up to us.
