I really like having the sunroof, but I do regret it because to get it I had to go with the grey interior and I really hate the grey, just shows to much dirt and grime.

why don t you hand a list of what you want to the sales person and have him search for it or do the search your self and go to the dealer that has what you want?

got to be one (hhr) close to you, take a little time and find what you really want... be much happier in the end

I didn't want a sunroof, but I got one with the car I got. I must say I really like it! I have it open a lot and the solid portion rarely gets closed.

This is my first car with a sunroof, and I must say I have it open all the time. I don't think I would by another car without one.

My Buick had a sun roof and I rarely used it. The sun beating down on this bald head was "not comfortable", especially after moving to the sunshine state. The wind noise with the top open was annoying. AC worked better at cooling.

Another car I have also has a sun roof, a removable type. I'll drive that cracked open for ventilation, but it is a PITA to remove it, then store it safely. Being in Florida, I don't consider it a viable option and was one thing I didn't want when I bought my HHR.

This is our second car with a sunroof. Our criteria included leather & the sunroof. We couldn't find an HHR that had both. The sunroof will win every time. We love having one. We open it full anytime the temperature is above 55. Other times just part way or as a "vent". I wanted to find a Trailblazer with one too, but we there just wasn't any with a sunroof in our price range at the time.

i was going to add to my earlier comment, the only reason why i haven't had mine open almost everyday since i got it a week ago, has been because of rain and/or hot weather. I don't survive well in the heat, so the AC goes on. I know once it cools down and all Fall, i'll have it open.

I've had my HHR two weeks, all my other cars have the sunroof but this one did not have that option....It goes in the shop today to get one installed at the dealer...Was feeling a little too closed in............

Another for the must have!

I use it all the time! I really love the 1 touch open/close feature on it, really annoys me when driving my wife's Infiniti to have to hold the switch to enjoy the sunroof in it.
