I heard that Michigan has been told to only repair southbound roads since they see all the use from people leaving due to lost employment. LOL.

No, they're repairing only the NORTHBOUND roads so that people on the southbound get trapped in the state and all the people that Jeff Daniels has recruited have a nice, plush road to travel into the state on.
