Saw those on a TLC show last night and was thinking the same thing. I'm sure the HHR would tow that with little to no effort.

Hi All,
I got a little-Got Retro Delux. Weighs 660Lbs. It is all white and has old-style fenders and alloys. Now for a hidden hitch and a few more miles on the HHR
( only have 300 ) before I can see how the HHR tows.

can you say, ford, firestone, and lawyers. if you own an explorer u haul wont rent you a trailer.

Yeah but chevy's ran the same firestones and never had a problem, it was the fact that ford didn't do their job designing the explorer. The factory recommended tire pressure was way too low in an attempt to keep it from rolling over.

Hi - New guy here
I have a teardrop but do not plan on towing with the HHR. The trailer is 1300 pounds and might be a bit much for the HHR so I'll just have to leave it hitched to the 54

I love the looks of the teardorps trailers. I'd like to scale one down and use it for cargo. I think it would be a very cool project. I'd delete the side door and build the back to open.
