thermostat help

im changing out my radiator fuild and was wondering what good thermostat to use durlast or stant like to know who had good results thanks

WELL 108000 MILES AND THE fluid looks nasty plus its good maintenance i pickup ac delco thermostat , i been reading all about the rubber that deteriorate on the inside of it coming loose and keeps the thermostat stuck open. this thermostat don't have the rubber on the inside
