Thumbs up Turbo Tech's 1" Sway Bar

Members: Just a little notice to tell you all how great the Turbo Tech 1" sway bar works on my panel. It took about 20 minutes to install and the sway bar fits perfect. No adustments or drilling new holes, it just bolted up perfectly. It has also improved the handling of my panel. It seems to corner better and no sway. Great thing to but on your HHR's.
As I was installing it I found it easier to line it up and then cable tie the sway bar to the axle to hold it up while installing the 4 bolts that holds the sway bar on. It is a easy install. I feel this is a postive addition to my HHR. Thanks for the great quality Turbo Tech.

good to hear more positive feedback on it. As soon as i have some extra cash around for it, I'm going to pick one up (i gotta stop buying art, but being an artist it's hard to resist something when i see it, although my hhr could be considered "art")

What color did you go with. I'm thinking of shelling out the premium for yellow for little pizzaz under the car, and then to match it up with painting my brake calipers bright yellow.

I finally got mine today too (powder coated red. Was supposed to be here last Thursday but FedEx "lost it" at their center.

Put it in, took me about 15 minutes (took longer to unwrap it and get it out of the box. AMAZING.

The Red Sled handles like a go-kart now - immediately noticeable. Easy to install. Well worth it.

If you're on the fence, get it!

I have the orange sway bar. Very nice paint or powercoat, not sure what it is.

The leveling springs aren't for extra capacity, they just lower the rear so that
body sits level instead of the slight factory rake.
