Just to show my wife how smart the HHR is, I put this to the test. The dashboard chiming alarm didn't start until over half a mile w/ blinker on.
How can anyone not notice the clicking of the signal? Almost didn't hear the chiming over the clicking of the signal itself.

with the radio blasting music I never notice the click and I guess I'll never hear the chime....the radio is loud because I don't hear as well when I was a young'n due to loud music blasting in my car...a never ending cycle I'm 'fraid
