update the ECM
MY 2006 2LT WITH AUTO, gas mileage around tpwn for the last year 15.6 mpg the same on the hwy., so had the ECM updates today 21 updates $92.00 at my chevy dealwe, gas mileage increased to 30mpg around town, on the highway at 70 mph mileage was 34mpg wish I had done it a long time ago well worth the cost.

if I really punch it the traction light comes on and the transmission would shift hard now I can punch and it really hauls and no hard shifting. beat thing i should have done it a long time ago, highly recommend it.
