Upgrade lights
I was thinking of upgrading my headlights and driving lights the cheap way for now in my SS, but just getting some brighter better bulbs (probably Silverstars), but that is another story and for a time when I have more ready cash once I have done some research into the best HIDs for my car. Any suggestions?
I was just perusing Ebay and found LED H11 bulbs. Am I the only one who thinks this is a bad idea? How much light could it possibly put out compared to normal H11 bulb? Personally I like really bright driving lights and drive in some places that I need lots of light. I understand that LED's are great and super bright and I have changed almost every exterior bulb to LED except that taillights (getting IPCW bermuda blacks in the future), but could these bulbs actually put out enough light to do anything? I just don't see how LED H11's could put out the light output compared to halogen or HID. Prove me wrong. I would try them if someone thinks they are good.

Yeah I saw them on ebay too. I really doubt they would put out as much light as the factory fogs. If you want bright, get HIDs, which are often available in 35w (about the same as OEM) or 55w(very bright). Just be aware that they are "for offroad use only" in many areas.
