Angry Want to remove a screwup

My 2009 HHR is 2 weeks old to me, and I added chrome door handle trim and I hate them. I think they look cheap and I want to know if I can remove them. I attached with 3M adhesive enhancer like I was instructed to and I did all four. I wanted to dress up the door interior, but after looking around I found a 57 Chevy script that I like a whole lot better, I guess I jumped to fast and did not put a lot of thought into it.
Please help,

Quick, fast divorce is probably going to be the best answer. Do it before she runs up the charge cards.

Not quite sure what you are asking - you did remove them? Is there residue left over? If so, go to a hardware store and buy goo-off. It will cut the residual glue and you'll be fine. You can also use lighter fluid carefully, followed by some wax. DO NOT use lacquer on it - you'll kill the paint.

I take it the OP is asking about the interior trim rings such as these.........

Would have to agree w/ AJ, after prying the rings off, use goo-off or some other brand of adhesive remover. There should be no need to worry about the stuff hurting the plastic panel, just be careful prying off the rings.

use a blow dryer or heat gun to make the adhesive more pliable then use goo-gone to remove the remaining glue.

The 3M tape shouldn't be adhered too strong yet since it's fresh. Shouldn't be too hard to remove. After while, maybe.
