We Drove One Today

I arranged for a HHR test drive today for my wife and I. For me, it was a repeat as I had driven one two weeks ago and was definately sold on the vehicle.
The sales rep let us take out a fall limited edition one with all the goodies on it.
My wife was totally impressed with and happy with the driving experience. She was more excited than I have ever seen her about a vehicle. (She does not get excited about new vehicles like I do)
The only negative comments she had and they were minor, is the fact that the height of the windshield is low, but she could easily get use to it. Also she said it would take some getting use to to back it up. I have allready assured her that I would help alliviate that concern with the installation of back-up sensors. which I allready have on my list of options to add.
So it looks like I will be placing an order on Monday. We have decided on the Golden Teal metallic exterior with cashmere leather interior.
Order time frame is supposed to be 5 to 9 weeks, which is OK because I am selling my K-1500 PU outright.
Once again, I want to thank all of you on this forum for the feedback and information I have accquired about the HHR. I feel like I know everything there is to know about it and I don't even own one yet.
I even got my sales rep, who is the internet manager at the dealer turned on the HHR web site.
Will let you know when it's in the driveway.

We want to know more than when it's in your driveway, we'll get excited along with you for the duration of this 'experience'.
We want to know every step!

These are the mods I am planning on doing in order of preferance:
1) Backup parking sensors
2) Air intake (not sure which one yet)
3) Short antenna
4) Tail light chrome rings
5) Color match front license plate bracket and fascia to color of vehicle.
