The polished chrome wheels being included explains why the Bright Chrome Appearance pkg went from being $295 for '07 to being $925 on '08's. '07 it didn't include upgraded wheels.

SOunds nice.

On a side note, I saw a Panel with polished 17" and satin trim (no chrome), straight from the dealer. Also no boards.
