Weird imperfection on paint

I'm familiar with lake-effect snow, living in MI for 20-plus years, but I still respect the hell out of you Buffalo peeps. I was a big fan of Tim Russert, and he respected all that was Buffalo so well that I will never be able to forget it.
To see such proud independent people chained to "the City" tax-wise really rubs me wrong. I love upstate NY, and hate "the City". I'm not sure I could ever live in that dichotomy in peace. You guys rep what I grew up with in Northern New England. I'm not surprised that all comments are about being ready, and not whining about the weather. Thumbs up to you all!

It really is amazing that I can wake up and eat breakfast, look out the window and see dry pavement....then 2 1/2 hours later I go out to get my haircut, and wham!...6 inches of snow. I think some people should experience lake effect snow....its so unpredictable, and the weatherman/woman on the news cant ever get it right.
Next town over could be a Blizzard,Just how it is in the snow belt/Rust belt.

tonanwanda ny (less than 10 miles away) got a dusting, and you can still see grass. its impossible to measure long term/records wise too...If I got 8'' and 3'' fell at the airport, I automatically get 3''???
