What can I expect to get from selling my HHR?

I have listed my car for sale on several sites.

It is an 09 HHR LS with 30k actual miles. It has a clean carfax and has never been wrecked. It is silver.

What do you think I could realistically expect to get for it?

Thanks.

I was going to suggest about $10k, but I didn't want to be the first shmoe to suggest it and be way off. I would think realistically if you want it gone quick, you would want to go with $9k.

IMO, E-bay is a waste of time and money on a vehicle like yours. Put it on Craig's List, or if you have a few bucks, Auto Trader, with some GOOD pics.

Before you do that though, see what some other HHR's are going for in your area. Looks for ones no more than a year older or newer, adjust their asking price for your calculations based on their equipment and mileage. For instance, I just looked up KKB value for 3 HHR's - all with 30,000 miles, all LS models with no optional equipment, all in KBB 'good' condition... I got:
2008 - $,9128
2009 - $9,554
2010 - $10,354

So a 2009 is worth about $425 more than a 2008, and a 2010 is worth about $800 more than a 2009, with the same mileage.

Anyway, try to figure out approximately what the asking price for your HHR would be based on the other out there for sale. If you feel like trying to get a quick sale, lower your asking price a bit, so it seems like a great deal up front.

Also, the fact that yours is an LS (base model) is a negative, but the fact that you have pretty low miles is a positive.

Clean it up real good, so you are impressing any prospective buyer.
