Installed a hitch, bought a small trailer and put the ss to work I was very pleased how well it handled the trailer. Even with its short narrow wheelbase , a short single axle trailer and a howling crosswind it still handled great.

Happy wife, happy life!

Today I finally tackled the rust spots forming under my plastic rear fender guards and liftgate handle trim! It felt good after working all day to put down the sandpaper and paint cans and see a job well done.

Paddy got some exercise yesterday morning before getting an oil change and rear brake adjustment. Finished off my last case of Mobil 1, time to restock.

The panel got the rest of its interior trim removed in preparation for the new paint job, not too many spots will miss out on a few coats of Hugger Orange.

843de,

I can't wait to see your panel with the new paint! When you say "not too many spots will miss out on paint" are you telling us that you are going to have a thorough paint job like the color came from the factory...or are you going for a street rod look?
