was all ready to go down to a buddy's (couple hours drive), who was going to help me swap out my stock springs with a set of ss/tc springs from Joe Shulte (THANKS MAN), but my buddy twisted his knee.........went to a mechanic just out of curiosity who said it'd be nearly $650 to swap them out!
of course, he said i'd have to swap in new struts (since they'd have to take the old ones apart anyway)................hope my buddy heals quick

Mine too, SS fan, she likes the dark blue , I haven't had a close look yet . well the weekend was hot and the driving was fun, the spouse wants to sell her 2003 Sunfire GT and get a new ride, so we went looking, she likes the Captiva and the Cruise, or maybe the Buick Verano. so we shall see.

I was a passenger in mine, had a followup visit to the Doc today(more about that shortly), and my loving wife has yet to adapt to the insanity of DC traffic. I don't think I dented the floorpan when hitting the "Phantom Brake Pedal", but I'll have to look when I'm feeling better.

I have a mild case of Pneumonia, that I could tell already, when you need two rest stops in the 30 feet from the bedroom to the couch...that's a pretty good indication.

Plenty of rest, a higher dosage of antibiotics, and no work until at least next week. I DVR'd the coverage of Le Mans, Michelle bought me the two latest Clive Cussler novels, and my son likes "sleepy Daddy"....so I won't go bonkers with boredom.

I think Sam is on a "replace the BMW" mission there skyline, selling off one of the HHR's is tantamount to heresy.

I think we have almost all of the Clive Cussler books in hardback. Wy wife is a big fan. I am behind on my reading so I am several behind her. They are very enjoyable.

Cussler novels are a guilty pleasure Ron, like candy for the brain. 1/3 of the way through Poseidon's Arrow, and it's getting better by the page.

Actually "did" something to the HHR's tonight, if going online and paying the State Farm bill qualifies.
