Upgraded my headlight bulbs today. Installed the Sylvania Silverstar zXe's. I got a good deal on them from Amazon. Ad's and package state they have "The attitude of HID". I think that is a bold statement. They do look better then the stock yellow look but are far from an HID look. Definitely noticed a difference driving down the road. Not the greatest pics but first one shows zXe on right and stock on left. Second has both in:

Did lots of research on my wifes '09 HHR. Planning to replace both front struts and rear shocks in the near future. Sooo simple to do. Should be able to do everything in about an hour.

Congrats on making your last payment, it's always a nice feeling to know your ride is all yours, no more bank/credit union/financing agency to lay claim to it.

Drove 12 hours from Indian Rock beach in Florida to Hillsville Virginia, drove good 75 to 80 mph and 32 mpg, and that tape patch on the flex pipe gone, it blew off just near Ocala

It's been a while since I've posted on the forum, figured id show off the ol' panel. Currently plasti-dipped custom blue w/ copper pearl. Rolling on 19x8.5 & 19x9.5 BBS replicas, passenger side plasti-dipped copper. More progress coming very soon, just waiting for parts to arrive

I love that color man!

I'd be tempted to roll it into a paint booth and make a permanent change to that blue.

Got any detail shots of what you did to the front bumper and grille.
Is that visor custom or a bolt on?
