It's the stock system off of the '06 SS/NA(2.4) parts car that I have. It's about 1/2" larger in diameter, with a less restrictive muffler and a resonator at least twice as long. It bots directly up, the only difference is one hanger on the muffler.

Checked the front end for an odd "hum", suspension seems tight, no odd wear patterns. Still hunting.

Also changed the intake cam solenoid - thanks for the write up here!. CEL gone so far, so now I can use the remote start again!

Perhaps it just doesn't know the words of Jingle Bells! Hahahah! But seriously now rotate your tires and check air pressure, see if the noise moves with the tires.

Use the RainX washer fluid too, Canadian Tire has it. I typically don't need my wiper on the highway if it's dark, the water runs right off the windshield. If there's too much light, it causes a glare from the water running off, but it's great when it's dark over 70km.

Got the "dirty" one even dirtier. Rain, rain, rain, and a side of rain with severe thunderstorms are our choices for pre-Christmas weather.

So yesterday's errands added another layer of "gack" to the 2011's Mocha Steel flanks, one advantage to the "it ain't brown dang it!" color, is its ability to be utterly cruddy and not show it.

Now we just have to survive Christmas Eve with a two year old Son who wants Santa to make with the goodies "like yesterday already"....HELP!

I'm currently waiting for a tow truck for my HHR. Coming home from work I notice a small shaking in my car and when i used my brakes there was a loud noise. When I got home I smelled my brakes. I hope they fix it today.
