If the air bags deployed then yes , but if not it looks like the hood bumper cover and left front fender and paint.
But my main concern is are you OK?

It might sound like a "pat" response, but as long as you're OK Budster, that's the most important thing.

From the pics, and assuming there was no bag deployment, I think your HHR will live to see many more miles.

As for me, I puched the A/C button for the first time in 2015(75 degrees and sunny...sorry my Northern friends), and Paddy clicked over to 83,000 miles a block from home. Hardly broken in really, especially compared to "The Crumpled One" AKA the '06 with its 322,000 miles and counting.

Yes I am OK, Just shook up, it’s been over 40 years since I’ve had an accident. The other driver was OK too.

Now there is an idea, I’ll call the repair shop tomorrow and see what the extra costs would be.

No air bag deployment happened, I was probably going 5mph and am amazed at the amount of damage.
Thanks to all for your concerns. I should know within the next couple of days how much it will cost. Fortunately I have only a $500.00 deductable. Also thanks to AAA insurance as they require that repairs be made with original Chevy parts.

Bought some car goodies today. New vinyl for the interior since I don't want to spend $200 on hydro dipping it and also bought some new air fresheners...oh and a coilover schematic t-shirt.

Well after the long wait to get my HIDs in, it was finally decent enough weather to install them. For the most part it was an easy install, but I guess the spot I chose to use for a ground wasn't good enough. About an hour later, I finally got them working. It got dark and I wanted to go see what the lights looked like and my battery was dead. Forgot to turn my lights off..... I'm dumb. Took about another hour to get the car jumped, and let me tell you, HHRs are stupid if your battery dies. Key gets locked in the ignition and you can't open the hatch if you need to test your battery. It was such a pain, but with hard work comes awesome results. I'm really happy.

Sorry for the crappy image.

FYI, there is an access plug on the inside hatch to open the hatch without power.
