Still dealing with yesterday's result from Sweetie's bone marrow biopsy, her cancer cell count is higher so she is not in remission, they did another biopsy to double check, we're waiting now for a bed in the hospital so she can start a harsher chemotherapy, then a bone marrow transplant.
Good news was they confirmed we have a match donor for that bone marrow transplant.
The HHR rolled along very nicely all the way there and back !

Thanks to anybody who Cranked it up today being Friday!

Got second speaker in place, but not really happy with this pair Passenger side has much lower bass response than driver side. Thought maybe I put wires on backwards, so I swapped them, but no really discernible difference in sound Perhaps the driver side is just breaking in faster???

Oh well, my strapping just arrived to hold down my cargo box, so off to work on that some more!!!

depos

Installed my black depos on my silver SS and they look amazing! Had my 10 year old daughter help. I'll get pics uploaded once I'm back to my computer.

Good news on the donor match Oldblue, the bad cell count is just a bump in the road, Helen will kick this stuff's butt to the curb.

Y'all are in our thoughts and Prayers my friends, keep fighting, always keep fighting!

"Parked" is the word of the day here, Michelle is having an off day, and I accidentally punched myself in the mouth yesterday. Don't ask how, but it still hurts like hell.

Paid off the loan on the red SS panel early, on Friday. The money I saved I spent on new carburetors for the Corvair van and installed them today.

That Corvair brings back some memories. My mom & dad drove us from Florida to California in a late 60's Corvair van back in the mid 70's. Of course I was only 4 & only remember it through a couple dozen pictures from the trip

Did some more work on my trunk storage organizer & made a separate thread for it: https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/mods...99/#post795589

Had a death in the family on Sunday, totally unexpected, and very sad.

So your Friendly Neighborhood Administrator will be sort of invisible for a couple of days.

The Staff here is the best of the best, so if anyone needs help with anything, reach out to my Moderators and they'll get you fixed up.

I hope to be back on the forum by Thursday, but no guarantees I'm afraid.

Mike
