What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
Went and got a 4X12 guitar speaker cabinet and matching amp today...
It was another one of those,
Other guy: "It ain't gonna fit"
Me: "Sure it will, I could put two in there"
Other guy: "Nah, It ain't gonna fit"
Me: "Actually, if we stood them up I could fit 4 in there"
Slid right in the back with room for a ton of other stuff...
Other guy: "!&#@^%$#$"

This website made changing my thermostat and flushing coolant... easy once I found out about 12" extensions, the clip on the thermostat housing being in a bad place, the pet*rooster* problem, among other things.
But, seriously, that spill-proof funnel helped immensely in bleeding the cooling system. I didn't have time to play around (my HHR, recently purchased, is used for contract work once per week and it needed to be ready...), and with that set it took an hour (or a bit more) of "bleeding/burping" time after replacing the t-stat, and after an hour of driving and four hours of rest, there was barely any system loss in the coolant reservoir...
Ten hours of driving (mountain inclines, curves, stop and go... every single element of driving imaginable), and after letting the system sit overnight, there was no need to add coolant to the reservoir.
Thank you, all of you, for the advice you give here. You're all invaluable resources of knowledge. *bows*

Last night as I got home from work the door handle came off in my hand. With 13 yrs and 144k, it was bound to happen. went to RockAuto and ordered the Dorman kit, Guess what I'll be doing next weekend.
I also ordered all 4 motor and trans mounts since "the bolt in the hole method' only showed 1/2 a bolt head.
And ,YES, I did use the discount code.
Thanx always for the support and encouragement to keep these vehicles runnin'.
