I have only sold one vehicle... my old 9300 International Semi. Sold it to a fella I knew and he rolled it. I went and viewed it sitting behind his barn all busted up and I cannot describe the feelings I had. I guess I was Tri-polar that afternoon, Angry, sad, fond. I had trucked up and down the highways in that old girl for over ten years, she always got me home to Mrs Geek.... took some begging and cursing a couple times but we made it. Had the bank come and get three others (all in one shot) after I made super bad business decisions and got to far behind the 8 ball to ever recover.

My cars have all gone to scrap yards when I was done cause they were only "$500" cars when purchased. Only vehicle I bought new other than my semi's is my 94 pickup and it is still in my driveway awaiting it's "Make over". I'll be gone to the wrecker before it does. :)

It's funny how some vehicles just earn your trust. There is nothing out there today that I would plunk money down on and drive away. The HHR's for the wife and I are just fine till I get the old Chevy truck restored and even then the wife might fine herself driving a panel instead of her LS.

Bought this R/T brand-new back in 2000. Sold it back in 2012 with only 55k miles. Cried when I watched it drive away from my street. Had plans on handing it down to my son when he was old enough to drive. My son got his drivers license last week. My wife asked me "would you have given him the R/T as his first ride if you still had it?" I said HECK NO! LOL
Left it bone stock all the way - never even tinted the windows. Under the hood was clean enough to eat off of.

This was to be handed down when my son turned 16. I still see it once in a while, I sold it when junior decided he didn’t want it.
