I just bought them from Auto Zone. They priced matched them from Auto Barn here on Long Island.
Auto Barn are selling them for 7.49 each vs Auto Zone at 14.99 each.
Showed model number of the blade BOS18SD in a printout of Auto Barn to Auto Zone and no problem.
If they don't really work I'm going to find where Blue lives, go there, and throw rocks at his house. Lol

Just to let you know I was using Bosch Icon, which were working great even after 5 years.
They just didn't cut it in very cold temps even with the defroster on full.

RockAuto has them for $4.70 CDN before our discount. But convenience is nice!

Today a ride for awhile then into Port Colborne, Ontario and a stroll through town , stopped for a coffee and pecan butter tarts, yummy!
we stopped for gas in the way home and the annoying long struggle to start is gone! The new purge valve cured that pesky P0496 code and the nasty start symptoms!

showed her a bit of TLC tossed on some new winter blades and fixed the door handle i broke friday man that parts car i bought is coming in handy. I also converted it back to the panel box, i never got it with this car and did a full leather seat conversion front/rear but never really use the rear seats. I mentioned something on a facebook post and a guy local to me was good enough offer one up he no longer needed. I think i am gonna convert it to the cloth front seats (also from parts car) to keep the leather set together for a future project . . . . which im shure there will be lol.

Cool mods.

Lots of raining here, so mine is sleeping inside.

Merry Christmas everyone.

The HHR is officially living in South Florida again permanently after spending the last year in Northern Michigan plowing thru bunches of cold and snow and potholes.
Not too bad for wear, chin spoiler got ripped off, a crack across the whole windshield, a clunking drivers side lower control arm and what sounds to be worn out hub bearings.
Not too bad for a 20 year old daughter having never driven before, least of all in snow and ice. Somehow she managed to pile on nearly 15k miles all while going to college and living in town
Now I can take my time bringing it back into shape away from all that nasty weather.

Up north, the HHR is being replaced with a 2013 Toyota 4Runner 4x4 wearing a set of all terrain tires. They average 130" of snow per year and she got stuck several times with the low slung HHR.
Hopefully that won't happen again.

A ride out to the kids house for Christmas dinner, a couple of hours with Willow fashion showing off all her new outfits, and racing Hudson on a vintage Eldon 1/32 race car set , I picked up off EBay last summer.
Then home to snooze off the turkey and fixings.

Passed 157k. Discovered oil leak. I'm thinking it's coming from the oil pressure sensor but I will have to wait for the rain to stop before I find out.
No big deal

Today a wash and dry, then sprayed the window tracks with silicon spray, much quicker up and down and that annoying scratching and scraping sound is gone! I just finished a quick spray wax from Meguiar’s and Sweety just drove off to visit with her sister and mother!
Clean HHR for 6 minutes, oh well, nap time!
