what size are they? how much did they run you?

They are 16's (don't remember the width) made by Wheel Vintiques specifically for the HHR. They will fit any HHR without Brembos. They cost a few bucks under $500 for the four shipped in from Summit. I shod them with Continental DWS in 225/55-16. You will save enough in 16" tires instead of the 18's for the stock wheels to pay for the smoothies in a couple of tire changes. If you buy a set, be VERY CAREFUL putting on the baby moons - they're a real bear to get on the first time, and easy to dent. The tire shop trashed two of mine (and said they would pay for them) - plus they installed 3 of the 4 Conti's backward. Stay away from Performance Wheel and Tire in Denver!

Another day on the road with Paddy, Charlotte and back, then Statesville and back. Filled up with gas, feeling like I was mugged, pretty bad when the gas pump says "your money or your life pal". Debugged the nose and windshield, then did a 1,000 mile torque check on the new rims, you may call me boring now.

Just ran some more errands and the sun was out just enough to melt the ice to where a big sheet slid off the car when I took off. Looked out the side mirror and could still see a big piece that woudln't fall off but would slide around as I went around corners. Stopped to look and see what was up and it was stuck on the Onstar antenna

Well today I replaced my gas pedal. Yea kinda crazy but it contains a sensor, the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor. It was bad and would cause the car to go into Reduced Power Mode, which basically means your not going any faster than about 20-25 MPH. Anyways got the part from the dealer, 72 bucks and tool about 5 minutes to put it in. Everything seems to be better ;-)

UPS just dropped off a few things

i'm gonna be goin from the header ( equal length 1.71" to 3" collector ), to the 3" downpipe with racing cat, then splitting off after the rear axle from 3" to dual 2.5" twin loop mufflers ( they do fit, i had to try em out ). STILL waiting for ZZP to assemble and ship the supercharger kit.
