Yep, 30 degrees F today.

No swimming today!

Though it will go into the 40s soon and rain will melt the snow.

Thanks guys!

We were able to do the parts by removing them and painting them in my heated shop.

It sure is a lot different spraying Plasti-Dip than regular paint. Regular paint gets lots of thin coats, while Plasti-Dip gets thick coats.

Nice thing with Plasti-Dip is that if you don't like it, peel it off.

A few more things to highlight in blue when we have time: the lower grille and maybe some blue inside the headlight assembly.

Then on to making some inside trim blue (waterfall, door panel strips, etc).

Also today I expect the big Rock Auto order:
1) SS lower control arms (GM)
2) SS struts and top plate/bearing (GM)
3) Stabilizer bar links (Moog)
4) Stabilizer bar bushings (energy suspension)
5) SS rear shocks (Sachs)

Next I need to remove the cam cover and check the timing chain.

I hope the chain is tight, double check the front guide even if it is tight.

Today we drove out to take Hudson to his school bus! No snow today and it’s 38 degrees F . So this afternoon, we’re going for a walk along the Niagara River Parkway!

Somewhere around here, near Butler’s Creek

Replaced broken fog light and installed rubber rear spring isolators.
Most of my rattles are now gone.
Oldblue, love the snow pictures, but then again I'm in AZ

Thanks, I’d like to send you the snow, but it’s melted already!

Todsy, Sweetie went out with her Mom and the_shmoo stopped by with coffees, we had a great visit, no working on our HHRs , but he did show me how to download some apps on my Firestick TV device.
Great maybe now I can watch a movie or two during the next snowfall!
Thanks for the visit and the coffee, next time the popcorn is on me!
