What Did You Do To Your HHR Today?
I have taken the last several days off doing anything productive.
My came in town Thursday and we have been actually going out and doing things. The pandemic really halted that for a very long time. He did take all my parts that have come in from Rockauto back to his place so we can work on it there next weekend.

Today was the day to work on my Mustang GT. New clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, clutch fork, pivot, engine rear main seal.
Here are some pictures (sorry they are a little blurry).
Mustang on the lift (note the 4 underlift jack stands, one in each corner to placate my OCD about lifted car safety backups):
The removed parts:
The rear of the 5.0L V8:
The new clutch kit should arrive in a few days. It's from Ford Performance Division and it has 40% more holding power than the factory clutch ( in case of a supercharger install in the future).
All the other parts are here and ready to go. I will need to buy a bunch of brake cleaner spray to clean off greasy parts from the slow rear main seal leak for the last 20 yrs.

Great job, Steve! Wish I could get over there and help you . But I’ve been busy, I got the second coat of paint rolled on , much faster and less paint because the drywall soaked up the first coat.
Tomorrow, toilet flange, flooring, baseboards, vanity, toilet, nap time!
Not this Vanity!
This vanity ^^^^^^

We are skipping car shows here this summer. But I’ll still spend some time every Wednesday to detail and get ready for shows. Force of habit!
Today, it’s back to the basement and start the final week of the job, flooring, finish the shower stall and install the toilet, the towel bar , TP holder, oh, the excitement of it all!
I washed and detailed the BlackSwan on Saturday after the L O&F and tire swap, it rained yesterday morning!

I worked till 3 pm , I got a few things done, cutting the toilet pipe was easy, getting the toilet flange to sit right was another thing, but I got it to fit correctly, then to drill the cement floor for the flange anchor bolts took forever, seems the bigger stones were closer to the surface and harder to drill thru.
The pile of parts is down to this, the toilet and the vanity
Got the ceiling light up!
Towel rack
T/P holder, testing the toilet, at this point I still need to remove some cement to get the flange installed
I got the shut off valves installed on the water supply lines
The light over the vanity , installed
Checking the flooring to see which way will work better
The entrance to the room , the grey floor material goes nice with the grey walls .
