Today I installed the new "Spyder" headlights with Lasfit LED, DRL/turn signals.
New lights sure do look pretty especially after the old ones spent time in the AZ sun.
Now I'm waiting for the VHT caliper paint to arrive so I can install painted brackets.
There I go tinkering again.

Drove it tonight - no issues. Thanks again for the insight and advice. I know you’ve had a lot on your plate lately but us newer members appreciate you taking the time to provide your knowledge.

I found one of those fastener tools at HF $5.99

You are welcome.

Today we dust off the snow and go driving to the hospital to start Sweetie’s chemotherapy, then over to her mom’s house, to vacuum and straighten up. The realtor is bringing folks for a viewing tonight.

Nice! Would be cool if you could tint the corner lights even just a little bit.

Very Nice, I may do that this spring :) Was it much of a pain to swap ? From some You Tube Videos looks like a pain. But first hand info can be different :)

Taking the HHR ouot for a ride to my Son's to wait for the LP Tech to do routine service work !
Then go for a ride to the car wash and spray off the crap lol, Then the HHR will look good for 10 minutes lol
In the next couple weeks getting the HHR KROWN sprayed
was going to do it last week but weather was crappy and I like to wash the under carriage before it or my Truck gets sprayed !
Have a good day

I have swapped at least 6 pairs of headlights in my HHRs.

It takes about an hour (maybe 2 the first time you do it). Basically, remove the bumper cover and then a couple of screws per headlight assembly.

The only tricky part is to release the clips holding the bumper to the front fender (I think there are 3 or 4 on each side) without scratching the paint on the fender or bumper cover. Using a flashlight, look into the small gap between the fender and bumper to find the tab that you have to press down to release the clip.
