It was in the driveway, we took the BlackSwan!

Today a good debugging of the grille, front bumper, mirrors and windshield, it’s not even black fly season!

Bones are okie dokie, today it’s a free car wash all day rain! So, I’ll take the time to set up an app the_shmoo was kind enough to come over to my place and help download for my Firestick . We had coffee and strawberry muffins on Thursday.
Thanks again Keith , I even found a MeTV station so I can Watch Svengoolie tonight! Cool.

Today I notices that my radiator and AC condenser was lower on the passenger side.
So up on the ramps it went and I found the support bushing had rotted and broke.
Removed the bracket, manufactured a new support bushing, reinstalled bracket and all is well.
Now to find that persistant rattle/klinking that occurs while turning to the right.

I removed 2 layers of Flex-Seal tape from around the sun roof, (well, most of it) and put a new layer around the sunroof. 3 1/2 hours and I am done for the day!! 84+ degrees and in the direct sunlight. It helps peel off the adhesive when t gets hot When I got the HHR, the rear of the sunroof opening (the roof side) was dente and it would let air/water/snow inside the ar. so it was taped with Duct tape, which doesn't hld up at highway speeds unless you get the good stuff. They didn't. Since I rarely, if ever open the roof, I sealed it up with Flex seal tape. That stuff does not come off easily!! I used Goof-Off, Acetone, and WD40. they all helped a little but it still took a lot of effort to get even a layer or so off.

Now gotta go rest!!
