Mod from last week

This did take the whole weekend to complete. May have been faster but it was just plane hot! Ok my Mod I did a large amount or reading on the net so I could get a Mod that I could do myself and give me the best bang for my money. So I cleaned the back glass and added a sticker from SMP Motorsports. I am hoping for an increase in both HP and TQ but have not had the time to take it to the DYNO. But I must say she really looks so much faster its crazy!

Picked up some more LED Lighting.

My underbody Kit I bought with just 2 interior tubes, "Million Color Kit"
(I could have ordered it with up to 6 interior tubes,) but just wanted added front lighing at the time I bought them. Now I have added a second matching dome light for that task.

I will use the 2 tubes for accent lighting under the front seats but I bought a 4 tube interior kit in Purple, to use these as accent lighting within my Future Custom amp/sub woofer combo rack/box within the spare tire well area.

They will be built in and hidden out of sight, so only a Purple Glow will be seen.

Wash, wax, and detail on Paddy. Tried a new wax on the critter, decided to go with Zymol Creame Wax rather than the usual Autoglym, I'm diggin' the shine.

Now that Paddy is tucked away in the garage nose to nose with the SS, I guess the other two HHR's will expect the same lavish treatment tomorrow or Saturday.

Thanks for the compliment Sam, I believe in meticulous care of vehicles, so Paddy should continue to look better the older he gets. BTW...The Short Bus ain't no slouch in the looks department.

I did get a raised eyebrow from "she who must be obeyed" when the price of the Zymol came up, but when you divide it by seven...its not "that" bad...right Sweetie?

Thats nice stuff, costco used to have a two pack for 19 don't know why they quit, that was a smokin good deal. Got smucked today by my granite fabricators dually door. I thought I was gonna cry. On the way back I stopped by my dealer to get a # of the guy who fixed it when they dented it. I call the # while I am still in the parking lot. He not only answered he was there too, so he came out front and got it. He brings it back 20 min. later perfect again, man that kid has skills, I can't find any thing he fixed, it just disappears.

P.S. Jet Chevrolet has a 09 VR SS 19,400mi has the dash display.

Spray detailed the engine compartment, also waxed my hood and front fenders....... then took it out for a "quick spin" (literally ) around the block just to make sure the new bug splatters match the rest of the car.

Paddy looks great, man, but silver always photographs as if it's matte/flat/satin though. Always bugged me when I had silver cars.

I de-striped mine on sunday(had dead bugs baked into my vinyl and could not get the stains out), bought a set of wheels for the SS(waiting on arrival), and will get a bunch of well desreved TLC tomorrow after work(car show on sat).
