Unless things change, it will go to the North Carolina Museum of Transportation when I get too old to drive it. I'll only be 68 on its 100th birthday, so it ain't going anywhere soon.

Went to the grocery store and got a compliment from a PT Cruiser owner's mother. She said I had a very nice car and it looked roomier than her daughter's PTC.

I almost forgot, for the first time, my MPG went over 20.5 with just city driving.

Good decision. They will be lucky to get a nice truck like that.

I got one tire mounted and on the car today, it looked awesome. Now if I can get the planets to align...really I could possibly get them on some day, here's hoping.

Drove down to Charlotte, then to Rock Hill South Carolina, back to Charlotte, and finally home again in Paddy. Took only state highways and back roads to keep the fresh paint on the nose away from rock throwing semi's and other chip causers.

Only 63 more days until the paint will be hard enough to use the Griot's disposable protective film that keeps Boo Boo, the SS, and the rest of the herd chip free.

Crystal clear blue sky, 64 degrees, and trees exploding in fall colors...no better day to drive a favorite Chevy on the company's 100th birthday.

Overcast & rainy today, so after doing some shop work..

I switched my attention to my Panel. Cleaned the insides very thoroughly.

& some detailing under the hood.. etc, etc..

Yesterday afternoon we drove it down to Ga. for a funeral service. My buddy's wife finally lost her battle with the Big C... no more pain..

And a guy there asked if I owned the white PT.. I said no, I own the white Chevy Panel.. He looked rather perplexed........
