For the money would be free lol. This has already cost me $7 for the stainless mesh.

Thanks to all of you including 843de.

This grill started life as a satin finish or what ever the non chrome ones are called. I actually gave it a brushed stainless look. It looks OK in person but not as good as in the pics. Also since I want a blacked out look, the stainless has to go in favor of dark colors. The chrome rims were on the car when I bought it and will be changed out when I need new tires. They will be black and chrome (or polished al) mixed. I already have a black billet lower bumper grill and want to add the black billet in place of the mesh but damn these sellers wanting hundreds of dollars for them. With the design I want to do I actually need a set of billet bars that does not come to a point/V in the center. That is seeming to be very hard to find.

After a half day at the office(including a meeting that accomplished slightly less than nothing), it was off to the dealer to take advantage of my "Preferred Customer" status and the $200 of "free" maintenance that came with spending X amount of dollar last year.

So the Paddy-Wagon got an oil change, a cooling system service with yummy fresh Dex-Cool, a rear brake adjustment(and we all know how important that is ), plus a tire rotation and a cabin air filter. Still have $30 left to use on one of the other two.

As usual, a big thumbs up to the folks at Ben Mynatt Chevrolet!

Paddy, should be happy, think he will tell the others about His day at the "SPA" ? I guess mine is a girl, since I bought a bra for her today, and right after doing the headlight swap, I bought one of them panel clip pliers, I'm sure going to like them the next time I switch a bulb.

My only question is how you got the Short Bus through the doors and into Victoria's Secret, and I hope you didn't get a "push up" model, otherwise you'll have to change out the front springs.

I'm sure Paddy is down there spilling the beans about the "Spa Treatment" today, but the other two are within 500 miles of needing oil changes, etc.

With tassels?

You will be a good boy Sam and remove the bra frequently to clean under it so your paint doesn't get scuffed up, right?

And yes, I do know that sentence, or at least the first part of it, will end up in the "Childish" section with some commentary....I would expect nothing less of my fellow forumites.

Nothing exciting today. Called Discount Tires to make sure my 215/50/17 tires would handle the 7.5" Drag wheels I ordered. They assured me that they would would look great with my tires so that put me at ease. I woke up in the middle of the night with one of those "oh sh%t" moments. Couldn't go back to sleep without doing a little online check but I wanted to double check after dropping off my daughter this morning.
