to the forum bear, and congrats on your new ride!

Pop on over to "Introductions" when you get a chance and tell us a bit about yourself.

I am one who collects alot of spare parts for my Panel, so these will sit around awhile on a shelf if they don't go on, at least until I am SURE I don't want to use them. But I will let you know if I am gonna let them go anytime soon. These are a GM option, and had only 14,000 miles of use so are in really nice condition. Another reason I will most likely Keep them either way. If I want them on at a later date(a year or so from now) i'll have them on hand.
They pop up here every few months it seems, just keep an eye out for a set.

I'll be setting them up on the roof for a few weeks before I make up my mind, main goal was to have a set on hand, just in case, and another GM Option for my 2LT Panel.
I was supposed to be getting the paper templates sent to me, that was a month ago, never got them, emailed him last night still waiting on a reply, hopefully he just got busy and forgot to mail them out.

Today, today is Wheel Polishing Day!

Have been putting it off and they finally started to dull down, so out with the tools and I am Polishing away today. drivers side is just about done, started them at 7AM, maybe another hour on them and I will start doing up the passenger side.

Gotta get them all Polished and then Wheel Waxed before tomorrows rain.

Looking nice and shiny again.

Pics are straight from the camera, to Photobucket, then resized.

Although I still feel sick as a dog, we cranked up the Paddy-Wagon to head over to the Dale Earnhardt Memorial for a bit in honor of Dale's Birthday.

He he lived, Dale would be 61 today, and rather than posting up a photo of the memorial, here he is from a long time ago in an era before the Wrangler days, and long before the Black #3 became a familiar sight in victory lane.

Happy Birthday Dale, we miss you buddy, always will.

Good 'Ol 52°37'W.

Now you're not quite there yet, you have to hop the fence and meander out about another 20 Meters or so, but its frowned upon....really frowned upon....trust me.

Hey Mike, like that early picture of Dale. I remember him racing in the Wrangler colors out at Riverside Raceway.

Dale really liked that particular photo, he had me make a copy of it after he signed that one.

Ah yes, the Man at Riverside, he did make up his own track configuration at times....when you saw a big 'ol cloud of dust, you knew he'd passed somebody out there.
