I bought these camshafts for the 2200-7000 Rpm range, Should compliment my Precision Upgraded Turbo nicely, about the larger pump lobes I have no plans on running E-85.

Decided to take my home made 3-bar grill off yet again...sand it down...and paint. The brushed look on the grill didn't look good at all. I just laid my first coat of primer. Figured two coats of primer, 3 coats of paint, and 2 to 3 coats of clear should be enough.

Well just bolted my grill back on. I now have one less piece of chrome on the wagon. The paint turned out very nice...just hope it holds up. I'm gonna tackle the beauty bar next weekend.

Only thing I'm leaving is the handles...for now anyways. I've sanded them down so they are brushed...looks good with the chrome lip on my wheels. Did you get your spring installed?

I'm hoping mine will be here by the end of the week. I keep going back and forth on mine. I think I'm going to let mechanic do the fronts and me and my uncle will do the rears.

just saw this. . little slow ~

the mechanic used two box wrenchs , one on the nut and

the other to help turn the 1st. . since his socket wouldnt fit

as it was too tall ~.. unlike the one in the link ~

I checked out the local autozone and it's only a $55 deposit to rent a strut compressor. Of course you get that money back afterwards.

I've also read and re-read the how-to thread a few times and feel like I could do the job myself in about 2 hours. It's really not that bad of an install.

The only thing that I worry about is the bolt that is on top of the strut...it says you have to have a impact wrench which I don't believe my uncle has...nor do I. I may could borrow one though...hmm, need to get to checking around.
