I love this thread, I'm pretty well broke right now and have so many things I want to do to my SS, most cost a bit of money! Can I get some cheap creative things I can do to make it a bit more fun while I hide my money from the wife and kids so I can do the money stuff? Thanks guys I want to be updating here regularly!

Some of it, like hot-side pipe, motor mount, brakes, tires, and suspension fall under 'preventive maintenance' when described to the other half.

Dejon Intake: +17 to 20%, +9 to 12*F

When it is really hot out, you could run a sock puppet on your intake and not have too much difference in temp than any other configuration when you are rolling. There seems to be less difference between configurations as the air blowing on the intercooler gets hotter.
Breadfan thanks for posting the info
so are you saying basically the inlet air temp is higher
I am still trying to understand these turbos
I notice that with lid off the ss may sound better and feel like it is performing better but I would think delivering 200 degree air to the turbo cannot be that good compressing hot air and all?

Drove around a little bit enjoying the new GMTU turbo upgrade.
Wow what a difference.
you just lean on the throttle a little bit and the boost is there and starts climbing.
the car was fun before and a lot more fun now.

Did he ever actually say that in a movie?
Do you know which one?
I've casually searched but haven't found the answer yet.
