Found a set of rear shocks on Carparts.com. $26.00 for the pair. Installed over this past weekend. They appear to work just fine. Plain white box, no mfg name but the price was right. If they last a year or two that will be just fine with me. Real easy to change.

Got it covered. I've used fishing line for years. Works great when trying to seperate lip kits or side skirts too (or anything with 3M tape) without cracking the paint or damage.

I've also got the sticky residue removal covered and of course the spit shine afterwords for protection against gremelins.

................and yes, you were the one I was talking about.

....stock pics are in the gallery, when most everything's done to the exterior I'll post new pics with the stuff I put on or take off. I just don't have time to take pics and post'em with every little project I get around to doing. It's still going to be a "nothing special to see here" mildly stock HHR inside and out for a while until it gets to have around 200K miles on it or I get another daily driver......then it's game on!

More of a what I did FOR my HHR Panel today.

I bought these from the Classifieds here. The Helms Service Manuals.

turbofreak sold or traded in his HHR SS and put these up for sale yesterday.

$125.00 plus the shipping. Helminc is currently at $200.00 plus shipping for them.

I didn't see them up for sale until 3AM that night/morning. Glad no one else jumped on them, been wanting a used set since I bought my Panel, and even more so for my future supercharger install.

Going to come in real handy having these and the Chiltons Cobalt books.

Raced a cady (98-00) northstar
On the high way. No traffic, Could'nt come close, gave him many chances.

Cady Eldo Northstar Fail.

He started it - f'ed with me a couple of lane changes , taking the cut off lane change out of of 4 lanes . After the second F-U move he pulled , He got to see my bolt tail lights for a few secs
As he telaported from site in my rear view. GPS said -27 - , felt tight !
