You let go of the Trumpet? I would have kept that one, you don't see that one much. I've only seen one late model Triumph...ever! I see more Ducatis and Moto Guzzis around here than Triumphs.

There are quite a few "Hinckley" Triumphs around here (90's to present models made by the Hinckley, England factory). The company is doing quite well now though still small compared to Harley or the big 4. My guess is you've seen more than one late model Triumph passing by but didn't get a close enough look to identify it as such.

I plan to get another Triumph one of these days when finances allow (the Rocket wasn't my first nor will it be my last). There's enough of 'em around you can actually get discounts at some dealers, and there are at least 3 dealerships within a couple of hours from where I live in Kansas. Really like the Scrambler they came out with for 2007--bet a lot of HHR fans who are into retro styling would like it too!

I traded a 97 GMC Sierra SLT King Cab with 111,000 miles on it. The gas mileage was killing us and my kids had to sqeeze behind the front seats to get to the back bench!

We traded in an 05 GTO and we got the HHR and a nice little check.

We did this as the first step to, 'live like no one else so later we can live like no one else', if you know what I mean.

I traded a 2000 Lincoln Continental- A beautiful car, but no longer practical. It was also not a GM product, and I could no longer handle the withdrawal symptoms(!). Also, 16 city 23 highway on super was getting painful..
