I didn’t trade in my old car. A 99 Grand Am, with 122000 miles on it. I’ll keep it around for a bit longer then donate it to some charity. Like I did with a Volvo 240 DL and a Yamaha Seca II 600cc motorcycle.

2005 Pontiac Sunfire for 2008 HHR 1LT

Did not trade in the 2005 Sunfire sold it for $8,950. The best trade-in offer was $7,100. Sold it two weeks before our "special order" HHR came in.

We used the Sunifre as a "toad" towing it with the motorhome and we will use the HHR the same way.

The HHR is a Great Car for the money.

I too traded in a 99 Buick Regal GS (bought new) after 101000 miles and an AC that kept breaking down. It was great running car with few mechanical problems except the AC issues. But in Florida, you have to have have AC in Florida.

I traded in my baby... a 2005 Dodge Magnum RT with the hemi and all the options... NAV, leather, heated power seats even power adjustable gas/brake pedals.

Was tough to let her go, but my new baby is doing a great job of making me forget!
