What the differences

Last week I found out the hard way that the trim levels mean nothing if you buy a former rental or fleet car. Make sure you get the VIN for any car you're thinking of buying, then go to your local GM dealership and ask them to print off the original build sheet for you. That's still no guarantee all the features will still be there (for instance, if the windshield was replaced and they installed a standard rearview mirror instead of the OnStar mirror), but it's going to be way more reliable than the dealer's website.

Yeah, I'm just clarifying that "depending how it was ordered" is a huge asterisk. The only options on the 2011 2LT that I bought were the 2.4L engine, roof rack, chrome wheels and handles, and running boards. Everything else that you might expect, like remote start, auto-darkening mirror w/compass, bluetooth, moonroof, heated leather seats, and even standard features like OnStar, were either deleted from the build or removed later.
If you just change "depending how it was ordered" to "unless it was ordered as a rental fleet vehicle" or better clarify that comment, then I think your list is pretty good.

Many that have done their homework prior to purchase already know if it was a rental, lease, or from private owner as mine was..
