I've heard pretty much all of the above. The two that slay me the most are:
1. Is that the new PT Cruiser?
Don't they see the Chevrolet bowties on the front and back? And I've got a retro Chevrolet decal on the grille. 
2. Do you like it?
No...I bought it because I hated it and thought I'd throw my money away. 
Not all the questions are stupid ones...thank goodness. Get asked about gas mileage, comfort, standard features and price. I tell them that in my opinion, it's the best buy for the money and look at all the mods you can do to make it your own. Most are pleasantly surprised that some of the add ons I've done didn't come from the factory.

Heh, where did you get your Hummer from? 
What a Load but I loved it and yes someone actually asked me that question as Hummers are not sold locally. Only thing I can figure is they saw the HHR and somehow translated that into 'Hummer'.. Oh well maybe one day I will earn enough to afford a Hummer but would probably just get another HHR as I love this one..
