This PT Convertible use to be my BABY it was a 2005 Base 5 speed, Black on black on black, Red rims with full moons hubcaps, Amber fog lights, 6 disc indash CD, Polk speakers, Suicide knob, Black 15" spring ant., Gauges in console, APC air filter system, Complete bullet/turbo exhaust system, Hurst Shifter. May its new owner enjoy it as much as we did. We do still have a 2007 Limiter PT in Cool Vanilla with no mods and a 2006 Orange HHR and my 2008 HHR Called RED now.

2007 Silverado

I traded my 2007 Silverado Extended Cab Pickup. I love the gas mileage of my HHR, its ease of use in commuting and parking, and reliability. I do miss the towing capability of the Silverado, and the four-wheel drive in the inclement weather of NY winters.

Didn't give up a thing, new addition. This has become our runaround and airport errand vehicle.

2006 Nissan Altima S.

It had been my wife's car, but once my daughter was born we swapped (as planned)...she took our '07 Ford Escape XLT. For what the Altima was, it did the job, but it bored me to tears, and after having previously bought and modded a 2001 Vortex Blue 1.8T New Beetle (totalled by a tow truck driver while it was parked on the street) and a PT Cruiser GT (traded that in for the Escape after one too many quality issues), I really missed driving something FUN. I had always liked HHRs, but once I saw the SSes that was it for me. My wife didn't fight me on it at all, which made it all that much easier.

>cut a bunch of strange car-porn or is that strange-car porn?<
I hate to say it but your ex-car is strangely arousing

Relax, I'm still typing with two hands, I just like it.
I liked PTs when they first came out.
One of my friends got one and now has another.
He doesn't want to race.

I do understand Mowgli it was one sexy little car that I knew I would miss the convertible part of it when I sold it, however I put 76000 miles from new and I had already replaced the front end (both bearings, both ball joints, all control arm bushings, both tie rod ends, both rotors, 2 axles and all sway bar bushings) all was worn out and the car was never driven hard. The problems with this PT didn't end there but I had had enough. So look and drool at the car porn, and just be glad its not yours because I am sure glad I don't have to work on it anymore and Yes Mowgli, there is such a thing as car porn

That's just the thing with porn.
You don't see how high mantainence things are.
You just see a naked, sexy lil car with really nice lights.
You don't see the 3 houses she's earned.
The closets full of shoes.
The gym 5 days a week.
The degree in biophysics.

You just see a playful kitten.

Or a convertible with it's top down saying drive me hard but nice.

I kept my Suburban, just added the HHR to the mix for better gas mileage.
