So did I, but keep in mind that should you have Passengers in the back and have a Serious Accident with injuries, there could be Severe Liability issues arise from the removal of those head rests.

I removed mine so I would have better vision out the back thru my rear view mirror and the improvement is very noticeable, but should I plan to take passengers in the back I will pop them in on a Temporary basis.

The stupidist design flaw

It has to be the 15 cent front suspension. Did they spend more than 45 minutes designing this thing or what? I have done all the fixes and there are still times it sounds like a 10 year old car over bumps.

I really like the car beyond the front end, no kidding. Just spend some time driving and testing Chevrolet!

17 pages of discussion so this might have been said already.

With the windshield wipers on water removed from the windshield has a weird cascading/spray pattern from the windshield onto the driver side window right beside the side view mirror. In constant rain this spray pattern renders the side mirror useless because the water collecting and cascading across the driver side window blocks the view.

The one thing that i have noticed after a 5 hour ride to south louisiana is my left elbow is tore up from the armrest, or lack of cushion. So i made one about 1/4 inch thick and velcroed it to the space between the hand pull and the edge of the door nuttin fancy just useable..GM take note... MIKE

So, with all the talk of the HHR retiring, will the Cobalt follow suit? Maybe some of these things we are discussing here will be considered if the Cobalt continues in production.
