What type of headlight bulbs are good?

Tired of my nice tint, low-effect on road, blinds other people cheap LED lights.

I want something that will actually help. I have to turn on my 22" light bar to actually see the road in the rain and I need to do something about it.

I honestly think stock halogen with a better tint (4500-5500k) would be an upgrade

same for the factory fog lights - good tint (5000k ish) but don't help compared to the stock bulbs which I may consider putting back in.

I run Morimoto 2-Stroke LED's in the headlights.
Lasfit in the fogs.
They are both 'blade' style, not round
Pricey but I feel they are worth it.

A couple of us, including OldBlue, are using these...

So far, no one has flashed me and they definitely are brighter and make it easier to see. At only $14.00, I figured I'd try them and if I did get flashed, I'd just go with Sylvania SilverStars.

Unfortunately my driveway slopes too much to get a good pic against the garage door. Maybe someone else can do it or if I'm out and about at night and see a nice wall, I'll try to get a pic.

Thanks. It would be much appreciated. I have my doubts about LED lights.

Not all LED's are manufactured the same. I know of at least 3 different types of LED 'bulbs'.
Each with their own light characteristics and patterns.
The round ones like in your picture being the weakest.
My Lasfit LED's (blade style) have 6 LED;s per side and there made to be installed in a specific orientation.
I'll try to get a wall shot this evening.
I will not go back to halogen.

I bought these a few months ago, nobody has flashed me, the light pattern is nice and crisp, a hood white light

Not a bad price either.

Here's my lights

Headlights

Fog Lights

Both
Lights are 5700k and 1800lm
Only time I was flashed was with a load of cement bags in the rear.
Both headlights and fog lights are less than 2 months old.

Get the Turtle Wax headlight polishing kit and clean up those headlights, it will help a LOT.
